Chondromalacia Patellae

· Chondromalacia Patellae is a degeneration of the cartilage covering the underside of the patellae (knee cap).

· This results in knee pain and soreness on the medial side.

· Excessive pronation counter-rotates the tibia against the femur creating undue stress that prevents the patellae from tracking properly.
